We are thrilled to announce that our marriage and family therapy practice is now open for in-person therapy at our brand-new office in the heart of the Entertainment district in Arlington, conveniently located at Spark Arlington.

Parking
For your convenience, we recommend parking in the far northeast corner of parking lot B, nearest the entrance to Choctaw Stadium. After parking, please cross E. Randol Mill Rd. to enter the lobby.
Public Transportation
We are conveniently located less than a mile from the Arlington Convention Center. The Convention Center is a stop for the TRE (Trinity Railway Express) and the MAX (Metro Arlington Xpress). The TRE connects downtown Fort Worth to downtown Dallas. The MAX connects the TRE to the DART (Dallas Area Rapid Transit). The DART connects Dallas to DFW Airport. Entrance
Upon arriving at Spark Arlington, please sign in with lobby security. They will guide you to the 3rd floor reception and waiting area, where our dedicated therapists or Spark staff will greet you.
Important Tips
- On game days, your therapist will provide special parking instructions to ensure a seamless experience.
- We encourage you to arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to allow for parking and check-in.
- If you encounter any difficulties or require assistance with directions, don’t hesitate to contact your therapist directly – we are here to help.
- While you are waiting in our reception area, help yourself to complimentary tea, coffee, or nitro cold brew in the kitchenette around the corner. Spark staff can direct you.

Spark Arlington is a dynamic space hosting various offices and practices. Our lobby/kitchen area serves dual functions as a waiting room and shared workspace for multiple businesses. By choosing in-person therapy, you consent to providing your name to security as a “guest” of your therapist for access to our facilities.
For added privacy, we understand that some clients prefer a more discreet entrance. If you would like direct access from the elevator to your therapist’s office, please inform us in advance. We are committed to accommodating your needs and ensuring a comfortable and confidential experience.
